We typically process and ship orders within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak season or promotional periods, processing time may extend to 5-7 business days. Order processing does not include weekends or statutory holidays.
2. Shipping Areas and Timeframes
We offer global shipping. The table below lists the main areas and estimated timeframes. Please note that these times are estimates and do not include order processing time or delays due to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance.

We calculate shipping costs in real time based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination.
Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount in some regions.
International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight tiers, depending on the product and destination. Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders, and these are the responsibility of the buyer. After your order is shipped, we will email you a shipping notification containing a tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to stay updated on the location of your package.
5. Shipping Address and Order Modifications
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter during checkout is accurate. Any additional costs incurred due to delivery failures, package returns, or other issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address will be the buyer's responsibility. Address changes after shipment may incur an address change fee.

6. Package Loss or Damage
Package Loss: If a package is lost in transit, we will contact the carrier and resend or arrange a refund.
Transport Damage: As an electrical product, the fruit peeler is subject to damage during transit. Please inspect the packaging upon receipt. If any obvious damage is found, consider refusing delivery or taking photos for evidence. If the product is internally damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt. We will assist you with any follow-up matters. All items are properly packaged for long-distance transport.
